Overview
This position will include work in high acuity mental health initiatives, including a partial hospitalization program (day treatment program) and an inpatient medical-surgical unit designed for stabilization and treatment of youth with medical / psychiatric complexity and / or severe behavior, including those with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental differences. The BCBA will collaborate with BCBA-D faculty, other BCBA and behavior tech staff, clinical psychology and psychiatry faculty, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding evidence-based care to youth with the complexities outlined above. Additionally, this position will play a key role in staff training to ensure proper behavior analytic services are provided to the patients in our outpatient clinics and inpatient services. Develop, plan and implement strategies for parent training, patient care, and staff development.

Responsibilities
Provides quality clinical care to patients in inpatient and / or outpatient settings.
Provides education to psychologists, students, trainees, nursing and allied health professionals.
Participates in scholarly activities that contribute to mental health knowledge.
Participates in administrative activities and promotes fiscal responsibility
Qualifications
Master's Degree behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a closely related field as determined by the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board
and 1-2 years experience A minimum of two (2) years’ experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., autism) including
at least one (1) year experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans
Behavior Analyst license via State of KS Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board Required Upon Hire
Behavior Analyst license via MO Department of Commerce and Insurance Division of Professional Registration Behavior Analyst Advisory Board Required Upon Hire
