Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support students in a K-12 school setting in Nampa, ID. This position is ideal for individuals certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced Behavior Paraprofessionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on student behavior and growth. The role will primarily involve 1 : 1 caseloads to provide personalized behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support plans for students across K-12
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, behavior specialists, and families to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of behavioral sessions and outcomes
- Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment
