Responsibilities :
- Work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment programs designed to improve communication, social skills, daily living activities, and behavior reduction plans as developed by BCBAs.
- Collect and record data during sessions to allow BCBAs to track client progress effectively and address any areas of concern.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their families, adapting to different situations based on each client’s unique needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members while maintaining a professional presence, and communicate with empathy, kindness, and clarity.
- Demonstrate a deep care and passion for each child’s journey, believing in their potential and actively supporting them to reach their goals.
- Be open to ongoing learning and training, committed to providing the highest quality of care to those you serve.
For Full-Time Employees we Offer :
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : $18-20 per hour, based on experience
