The Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for a broad range of behavioral health services to the communities served by the Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers. The position will require specific features, such as :

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education, Licenses, Certification and Experience
To apply for this position, you will need to comply with the Washington State LICSW education requirements by providing documentation of a master’s or Doctor of Social Work (DSW) and accreditation by the CSWE. In addition, you will need to verify that you have completed and passed the Washington LASW Exam provided by the American Association of Social Work Board (ASWB) that is required to be an LASW.
The Field requirement is 4,000 hours of experience of which 1,000 hours must be direct client contact over a three-year period, supervised by an LICSW with supervision of 130 hours by a licensed mental health practitioner. Of the total 130 hours of supervision the following requirements must be met :
A valid Washington State driver's license is required and must be eligible for the Colville Tribes vehicle insurance and maintained throughout employment.
Basic Life Support, HIPAA and Privacy Act training certification is required within 90 days of hire.
A background check will be required with clearance maintained throughout employment.
Tribal member and Indian and veteran preference will apply.
Working Conditions
LRCHC has ADA compliant facilities. The position requires the ability to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time. May require lifting of 15 50 lbs.
