At PFH, our future is brighter than ever With changes in leadership, focused priorities and strong core values, PFH remains a Good Family to Know Your role at PFH : As a Behavioral Health Technician (Shuttle), you are responsible for shuttling clients as well as providing direct and supportive care to clients / patients; providing health monitoring, crisis intervention, training, supervision, and facilitation of group education / structured activities. You will : Ensure that all program expectations and rules are adhered to, and report behaviors to supervisor, which will assist with therapeutic interventions. Participate as an active member of the treatment team by helping to identify client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. Document and / or report at shift change and / or in client / patient record any exceptional behavior and / or areas of concern related to client's behaviors / interactions. Coordinate incoming calls and respond to crisis calls as necessary. Provide client / patient transportation as needed.
