Our science-based approach sits squarely in the tech-for-good lane, helping people live their best lives. We use a behavioral economics lens to help individuals find that 'on switch' inside them to create a life of healthy habits and not just work-life balance, but work-life joy, and achieve their fullest potential. We work closely with researchers based at Duke University and our advisor is Dan Ariely, author of NYT bestseller Predictably Irrational.
