There are multiple levels of care available at each of our Pasadena Villa locations, each providing the highest levels of care and support and the closest amount of supervision needed.

How You Will Contribute :

The Admissions Coordinator will respond to incoming telephone inquiries, oversee subsequent communications, and actively coordinate multiple phases of the admissions process for clients seeking longer-term behavioral health services provided by the Pasadena Villa Network.

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization : Maintains frequent and close working relationships with the Executive Director, Business Development team members, Admissions team members, Nursing leadership, milieu leadership, and all clinical team members.

Outside the organization : Initiates and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and families, clinical providers, referral partners and vendors, as needed.

What We Are Seeking :

Position requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in combined education and experience. Position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with mental health challenges. Admissions experience in a fast paced environment, strongly preferred.
