Job descriptionEducation : Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Licensure : Current New York State LPN license; CPR certification (or ability to obtain / re-certify). Experience : Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; psychiatric experience required; inpatient experience preferred. Technical Skills : Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) strongly preferred Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with patients families and healthcare team members Provide direct nursing care to pediatric behavioral health patients. Administer medications monitor patient safety and behavior document patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team implement therapeutic interventions and support patient and family education.
