Responsibilities
This Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) provides basic patient care in a psychiatric care environment under the direction of licensed nursing staff as assigned. Performs direct and indirect diagnostic, therapeutic, administrative, service and other tasks as appropriate to facilitate safe, quality patient care while ensuring efficient, smooth functioning unit operations. Applies knowledge and understanding of principles of patient growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients.
Qualifications
