Developmentaland Behavioral Pediatrician Opportunity Elliot Health System and DartmouthHealth Childrens, Manchester, New Hampshire

ElliotDevelopmental and Behavioral Health (EDBH) Pediatrics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-EligibleDevelopmental and Behavioral Pediatrician to join ouroutpatient (M-F daytime) practice, currently comprised of two experienced DBpediatricians, in collaboration with Dartmouth Health Childrens and itsexperienced DB pediatrician. This is an excellent opportunity to become part ofcollaborative and supportive teams dedicated to serving children and familiesacross New Hampshire and advancing the field of Developmental and BehavioralPediatrics academically.

The EDBHteam and Child Development Program at Dartmouth Health Childrens collaboratewith each other and the State of New Hampshire to optimally providecomprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education for patients andtheir families, focusing on children under the age of 15. We care for a broadspectrum of developmental and behavioral conditions, including :

Learningdisorders

Attentionand behavioral disorders

Regulatorydisorders

Neurodevelopmentaldisabilities, including autism spectrum disorders

Globaldevelopmental delays

Behavioraland developmental challenges associated with chronic or disabling pediatricconditions

Teachingmedical students and DH Childrens pediatrics residents, along with LeadershipEducation in Neurodevelopment (LEND) trainees, is expected, so appointment tothe faculty at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth will be offered, at arank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio, to the successfulcandidate.

DartmouthHealth Childrens provides an extended system of care with primary, specialty,and advanced tertiary pediatric services, including an inpatient pediatric unitwith PICU, level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and level IV NICU at its flagshipChildrens Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD) in Lebanon, NH. DH Childrens also operates 10 pediatricprimary care medical homes across the region and a comprehensive ambulatoryspecialty center at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, where it partnerswith The Elliot, which hosts a level III NICU, 24 / 7 pediatric emergencydepartment, and inpatient pediatric unit.

EDBHPediatrics is located within the ElliotPediatric Specialties suite , which also houses PediatricNeurology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and Neonatology Follow-UpClinicsproviding a multidisciplinary environment for coordinated pediatriccare.
