Bachelor degree in related field (i.e. psychology, sociology, etc)
The Behavioral Interventionist must have a minimum of one year experience in a health care setting working with children and adolescents with emotional disturbances and their families; effectively work with patients and caregivers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
CPI certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (can be obtained at COA).
