Refine Recovery is actively accepting applications for Overnight Behavioral Health Technicians . This position will include working directly with the clients and must possess the following requirements for this position :
- Current registration for RADT or higher
- Valid CA license / clean driving record last 5 years
- Professionalism / model positive attitude and behavior
- Healthy boundaries
- Communication / good rapport with clients
- Morally and ethically responsible
- Excellent time management / reliable
- Ability to problem solve / collaborate
- Dependable
- Compassionate
- Ability to work well with a diverse population
- Knowledge of 12-step program
- Team player / able to follow verbal and written direction
