A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Consultant, Disability Claims Insurance. Key Responsibilities Review and assess long-term and short-term disability claims based on claimants' medical conditions Collaborate with healthcare providers and claimants to promote accountability in treatment plans Provide training and mentoring to claims staff regarding the medical aspects of disability Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in direct patient care settings BSN with a strong Behavioral Health background preferred; LCSW or other licensed Behavioral Health professionals with disability experience considered Strong knowledge of medical conditions as they relate to disability products Experience with disability products, business rules, and procedures preferred Disability experience strongly preferred
