Behavioral technician Jobs in West Palm Beach, FL

Responsibilities :

• Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior management

Requirements :

Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Job Type : Hourly, 25-30 hrs per week

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
