Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Outpatient SUD Therapist, earning $28.50–$44.03/hour, at our outpatient clinic in Orem, Utah. This onsite role is a solid mix of meaningful clinical work, collaboration, and work-life balance. You'll work directly with individuals experiencing substance use disorders in a supportive, client-centered environment while being backed by a passionate, innovative team that genuinely cares about both clients and clinicians.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
Compensation: $28.50–$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Therapist

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based substance use disorder treatment approaches
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document services and client progress accurately using EHR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery
• Participate in team meetings focused on quality improvement and innovative care
• Maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and client-centered practice
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development within SUD treatment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
