JOB DETAILS :

• Avg Daily Census : -
• Shift : HRS hours only No OT billed until after hours.
• Unit will accept contracts from weeks+ up to March , (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!!
• RTO : days MAX
• Float Requirement : Yes floating is required
• Weekend Requirement : Every other - of weekend shifts per contract : minimum of
• RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP :

Minimum Years of Experience : years of inpatient behavioral health

Traveler Experience : Unit does not accept first time travelers

Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes

Skills : Locked Unit, Medical / Psych, Cardiac arrest / CPR, Medication Administration (PO, RECTAL, IM, IV, SC, etc),

Certs : BLS and CPI

PATIENT DIAGNOSES :

The Novant / New Hanover Behavioral Health Hospital is a -bed facility located in Wilmington, NC.

The hospital is comprised of four units offering comprehensive treatment to adults with various acute symptoms of mental health disorders such as depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, etc.

We provide an environment that is safe and secure for patients to receive therapeutic care and support throughout their inpatient stay.

Our team of behavioral health professionals include board-certified nurses.
