Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and placing IT consultants (W2, 1099, or C2C) on projects with clients and vendor partners. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Bench Sales :
- Market available consultants to direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners.
- Prepare resumes and professional summaries tailored to job requirements.
- Identify suitable job openings through portals, vendor networks, and other resources.
- Negotiate best rates with clients and vendors while ensuring profitability.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.
Recruitment :
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 2-5 years of experience in Bench Sales and / or IT Recruitment.
Technical Knowledge : Understanding of IT domains, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., Java, SAP, .NET, etc.).
Networking Skills : Strong network of clients, vendors, and consultants.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation : Proven ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and terms.
Tools : Proficiency in using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and other sourcing tools.
Visa Knowledge : Familiarity with work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.) and compliance regulations.
