Job description

HR Partner, Benefits Analyst (Staff Level)

The HR Partner, Benefits Analyst is an impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR Partners to manage, design and administer broad-based benefits programs across the globe. This position will be an integral member of the Benefits team keeping up-to-date on market practices, conducting analytics, partnering with vendors and developing best in class benefits programs and tools.

Accountabilities

Consult with leaders and HR Partners on benefits related needs to ensure consistent management globally
Review global and regional benefits programs as assigned, coordinate with vendors and ensure programs are aligned with market competitiveness
Partner with leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in benefits program management
Assists with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of benefits projects as needed
Monitor new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional benefits programs
Assist with program administration and escalated associate issues
Help draft and review internal communications
Monitor day to day escalations and manage timely internal responses to meet SLAs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years of experience in global benefits matters

Ability to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are adhered to; high attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly, partner with various teams within the organization and influence key leaders

Strong analytical and financial acumen required

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
