About the Role :
As a Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our comprehensive employee benefits programs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on details, loves helping others, and is committed to learning every facet of benefits management. You'll gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to ensuring our employees feel supported and valued.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Employee Support : Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, guiding them through processes and providing clear information.
- Benefits Administration Assistance : Support the team with enrollments, changes, and terminations in various benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Data Management : Assist in maintaining accurate and organized employee benefits records and documentation within our HRIS system.
- Vendor Coordination : Learn to assist with coordination efforts with our benefit vendors, including eligibility verification and basic issue resolution.
- Learning & Development : Participate in the preparation and support of annual processes like open enrollment, and contribute to other HR and benefits-related projects as you grow.
- Compliance Support : Aid in ensuring adherence to established benefits procedures and support compliance efforts.
Who You Are :
