What you'll do

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA or Tempe, AZ! This hybrid role offers the unique blend of working collaboratively within our office locations and the flexibility of remote work.

The Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing and evaluating employee benefits programs to ensure they align with company goals, attract top talent, and support employee wellbeing and retention. This position will report to the Senior Director Global Benefits.

The day-to-day

• Benefits Program Management : Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health and risk insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, worker's compensation, time off and leave policies, and other perks.
• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure service delivery, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Leadership : Manage and develop the team and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the benefits team.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of benefits programs with overall business objectives.
• Optimization and improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, ACA). Stay updated on legislative changes and adjust programs accordingly.
• Employee Communication and Engagement : Lead initiatives to educate employees about benefits programs and increase participation.
• Data Analysis : Analyze program data to assess effectiveness, utilization, and cost trends. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Salary range

132,000.00 - $189,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $164,000.00- $222,000.00 / annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
