Our client, a well known national organization, is seeking a Benefits Leader. One day a week in office working in a professional, fun, fast paced work environment. This role has a growth plan as it is part of succession planning. You must have at least one year of supervisory experience. In this role, you will
Administer employee benefits and leave of absence programs, including managing system workflows
Coordinate with third-party administrators, benefits vendors, HRIS, and Payroll teams
Provide oversight of benefits billing, auditing, and invoice reconciliation, contributing to benefits strategy and plan design discussions
Have full ownership and execution of the annual open enrollment process
Develop and manage employee-facing benefits communications
Ensure compliance and efficient administration of Leave of Absence policies
Workday knowledge a plus, not a must
