Job description

Our client, a well known national organization, is seeking a Benefits Leader.  One day a week in office working in a professional, fun, fast paced work environment.  This role has a growth plan as it is part of succession planning.  You must have at least one year of supervisory experience. In this role, you will

Administer employee benefits and leave of absence programs, including managing system workflows

Coordinate with third-party administrators, benefits vendors, HRIS, and Payroll teams

Provide oversight of benefits billing, auditing, and invoice reconciliation, contributing to benefits strategy and plan design discussions

Have full ownership and execution of the annual open enrollment process

Develop and manage employee-facing benefits communications

Ensure compliance and efficient administration of Leave of Absence policies

Workday knowledge a plus, not a must

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to :

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

  • With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
