Role Overview :

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Service Member Benefits division as Insurance Specialist. This remote position involves helping service members and their families navigate insurance options and select the best solutions to meet their unique needs. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in protecting the financial future of those who serve our nation.

Key Responsibilities :

Consultative Sales : Educate service members and their families on insurance options, including life, health, and supplemental benefits.
Lead Management : Work with pre-qualified leads provided by AO Globe Life. No cold calling required.
Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Policy Enrollment : Guide clients through the application process to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and identify additional coverage opportunities.
Professional Development : Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
