DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Oversee administration of health and other insurance benefits
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all benefits in order to support the plant locations.
Ensure a monthly enrollment of new teammates
2. Oversee compliance auditing and ensure compliance with benefit plan documents, rules and regulations.
3. Oversee FMLA processing and ensure compliance with FMLA
4. Oversee all STD, LTD, and Life claims to ensure correct payments are made
5. Oversee weekly and monthly reporting
6. Analyze Benefit programs and Lead Annual Open Enrollment
7. Oversee administration of 401K plant
8. Miscellaneous
9. Preparation of government required forms
10. All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE CAN OFFER :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Prefer bachelor's degree in related field with five years' experience in Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field. Formal education may be substituted with experience and training when competency in the position is demonstrated.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
This work is performed in an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers and people.
