Overview

Responsible to provide employee counseling and customer service pertaining to all benefit plans for all customer groups.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements : :

High school diploma or equivalent. College level coursework preferred. Three years experience directly related to employee benefits administration preferably acquired through experience in Human Resources or from related insurance providers and / or benefit vendors. Prefer broad knowledge of UF Health Shands benefit products and services as well as experience in other functional areas of HR. Must have working knowledge of automated benefits and payroll. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. This position requires a high level of detail, time management and organizational skills.
