What can I expect in the first 60-90 days? Your first few weeks will be getting up to speed on all things FSU HR Benefits - our policies, procedures, and what is expected of you. You'll also spend time shadowing other HR Specialists, so you have a good understanding how to manage and process cases. There's on the job training, which is fast paced but thorough and detailed.
