We are seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits Account Manager to join the team in a hybrid capacity (3 days in-office) in the Torrance area. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to grow within a company that invests in its employees' success.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, with bonuses twice a year

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Account Management experience servicing small groups.
- Experience with large groups is a plus!
- Active Life and Health License
- Strong understanding of various employee benefits policies
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Occasional travel may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing representatives to effectively market and service client accounts
- Process policy changes and communicate with insurance carriers
- Develop and market Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business
- Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
- Prepare detailed insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
- Support clients with inquiries regarding claims
