JOB SUMMARY : Manage the day-to-day operations of US Shoreside group benefit and retirement programs for the company. Oversee the investigations and resolutions of complex, non-routine problems; Manage the improvement of existing benefits programs, monitor benefits administration, and provide customer service for internal and external customers. Provide oversight of the delivery of benefits programs.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Design and oversee the administration of group welfare, and retirement plans. Responsible for the selection and supervision of benefits providers, carriers, and consultants. Ensure that the company maintains a competitive posture in the marketplace. Stay informed of and monitor benefits developments within the marketplace and legislative arena to identify trends and changes to ensure compliant and competitive programs.Lead the implementation of new benefits and manage the renewals of existing benefits.Manage 401(k) Plan
