Your day will involve diving into the world of Verification of Benefits (VOB) for clients seeking support in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. You’ll be responsible for researching insurance policies, verifying coverage, and communicating with providers to ensure seamless client care.

Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm in office, with some nights and weekends required to accommodate client needs. You'll collaborate with a passionate team, tackling challenges as they arise and honing your skills in a supportive environment. Each day promises to bring new learning experiences, as you become an essential resource for those navigating their benefits.
