A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst / Manager Benefits Compliance. Key Responsibilities Support regulatory reporting and compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Assist with vendor oversight and benefit plan data analysis to ensure consistent plan administration Manage implementation of new benefit programs and lead ongoing benefits projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CEBS or similar certification preferred 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or compliance, with at least 5 years as a Benefits Analyst In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefit laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.) Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with UKG preferred Proven ability to manage vendors and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
