- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with external benefits providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective benefits packages.\
- Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert to business leaders, maintaining a clear understanding of overall company and business unit objectives and setting deliverables that strengthen Keeley’s culture, capabilities, and ongoing success.
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service in a highly dynamic growth environment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of benefits records, documentation, and reporting.
- Oversee the background and drug screen programs.
Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on benefits programs and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking information about their benefits and rights.
Maintain accurate records related to benefits enrollment, claims, and compliance activities.
Generate reports as needed for management and regulatory agencies.
Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring services meet company standards and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and programs.
