Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Benefits Coordinator for our client in Newport Beach, CA . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organization and play a key role in supporting a comprehensive employee benefits program while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience.

Employment Type : Full-Time (Contract or Temp-to-Hire)
Pay : $28 / hour

What Youll Do :
- Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health, life, and retirement plans.
- Assist with enrollment, plan changes, and employee questions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track deadlines such as open enrollment, audits, and dependent verification using HRIS systems.
- Resolve claims and benefit issues in collaboration with vendors.
- Partner with payroll for accurate deduction processing.
- Address payroll discrepancies with HR and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other benefit laws.
- Support workers comp documentation and leave administration.
- Present benefits information during new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Generate utilization reports and provide HR analytics to support strategy.
