What Youll Do :

• Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health, life, and retirement plans.
• Assist with enrollment, plan changes, and employee questions to ensure a seamless experience.
• Track deadlines such as open enrollment, audits, and dependent verification using HRIS systems.
• Resolve claims and benefit issues in collaboration with vendors.
• Partner with payroll for accurate deduction processing.
• Address payroll discrepancies with HR and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other benefit laws.
• Support workers comp documentation and leave administration.
• Present benefits information during new hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee files while ensuring confidentiality.
• Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Generate utilization reports and provide HR analytics to support strategy.
