About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food and Beverage to lead the strategic vision and execution of F&B operations across its portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing the overall F&B standards and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand positioning. This senior leadership role demands a focus on innovation, operational performance, and brand consistency to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results. The VP will oversee enterprise-wide F&B performance, set operational benchmarks, and provide support to property-level and corporate F&B teams. Collaboration with cross-functional departments is essential to influence F&B concepts, outlet design, and guest-facing programming. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or industry certifications strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive F&B leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale F&B operations, strong business and financial acumen, and a deep understanding of culinary trends and guest experience design. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and people development skills, as well as the ability to influence and guide diverse, high-performing teams. Experience in partnering with cross-functional executives on design, branding, marketing, and property development initiatives is also necessary. The position is based out of the corporate office, with frequent travel to the company's properties, and demands a flexible schedule to meet operational and travel requirements.
