Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
Oversee all food and beverage department operations : staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
Create and maintain staff operation schedules
