Day to day as a Food & Beverage Manager

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center, you will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service. You'll manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budgetary controls, while also conducting regular training sessions for staff to enhance their service skills. Each day, you will analyze customer feedback and dining trends to develop menus that resonate with our guests, ensuring a high-quality culinary experience. Collaboration with the kitchen team will be vital as you ensure that food presentation and service meet our excellence standards. You will also deal with scheduling, labor management, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be a vital part of the marketing strategies along with the Executive Chef, Banquets and the Director of Sales. You will be the expert on the POS system (xnPOS).

By fostering a customer-focused culture, you'll inspire your team to go above and beyond to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
