Our client is standing up a new BI & reporting structure to support centralized analytics across the organization including internal vs. external sales, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and technology initiatives. They are growing the team and seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst with strong Power BI and data modeling skills to help build modern, scalable reporting.
This role will partner closely with the reporting and technology teams as well as FP&A, supporting both strategic planning and operational visibility efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys building from the ground up and converting data into decision-driving insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations supporting budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting needs
Partner with FP&A and cross-functional leaders to define insights that support strategy and performance
Contribute to the centralization of reporting and master data management efforts
Automate and improve reporting processes for accuracy, efficiency, and governance
Work with key data systems including SAP S / 4HANA to ensure accurate data flow into analytics models
Support BI function growth, including documentation, standards, and user adoption
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
Strong SQL skills and understanding of how data flows through systems into reporting
Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting / forecasting, or operational reporting
Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA or similar ERP environments (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Thrives in a growing and evolving BI environment (building vs. maintaining)
