Job descriptionExperience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, particularly in multicloud strategies across platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Position- Technical Program Manager
Location- Hoffman Estates, IL - 60169
Duration- 5 Months contract (High Possibility to extend)
Qualifications :
- 5 + years of program management experience , preferably in cloud or multicloud environments (experience with Azure, AWS is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead by influence and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization, managing cross-functional teams (product, engineering, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling, and Jira for agile task management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management ( SPM ) or similar portfolio management tools.
- Experience managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, and decisions) with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in creating PowerPoint decks and presenting to C-suite and executive leadership.
- Outspoken and extroverted personality, with a strong ability to advocate for program needs and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with hybrid project methodologies ( agile and traditional ) and the ability to balance competing project demands.
