General Definition : Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members while protecting the organization’s property by patrolling and monitoring premises.

Essential Job Functions :

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and the organization’s assets through observation and reporting of activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Prepare reports based upon observations, information, and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining customer and team member confidence and safeguard the operations by maintaining confidentiality of all information exposed to in the performance of duties.
• Complete daily check of bicycle, ensuring the safety of the bicycle to be maintained by approved personnel.
• Conduct patrol duties on foot, by car, and bicycle.
• Attend to any parking lot incidents including but not limited to accidents occurring on facility grounds.
• Give directions and provide escorts to guests as required.
• Provide visible deterrent to crime.
• May interview persons and investigate breeches in security.
• Provide assistance to law enforcement.
• Enforce internal security policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
