Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with making payments, processing policy changes, submitting claims, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customer pending cancellations, missing documents, and policy reviews on renewals.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or cross-sell additional products / services
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat platforms
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product / service offerings
