We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who has the utmost ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys giving back to the community.    Responsibilities for our Customer Support Associate :   Develop relationships directly with the customer by being friendly, courteous, empathetic, and professional Provide education to customers on products and services we have to offer through in person interactions Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility  Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members Answering questions that may arise from customers and report directly to management if unsure    Customer Support Associate Qualifications : Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency 0-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, retail, or community relations role is preferred  Strong desire to help customers Capable of juggling multiple tasks and problem-solving Engaging and enthusiastic demeanor  Being bilingual is a plus, but it is not required to qualify for the position This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in Bakersfield, CA.
