What You’ll Be Doing :

What You Bring to the Table :
Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (required)
Proven experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and talent development
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive a positive company culture
Experience in food manufacturing or related industries is a plus
