As the Columbus metropolitan area continues to grow, Panel Town seeks to add a very positive, outgoing, and highly self-motivated individual to its team of Flooring Sales Specialists to meet the demand. Join Panel Town as it strives to become the complete flooring destination, and take advantage of the uncapped earnings potential enjoyed by the sales team! The candidate will go through a 90-day training period, where he / she will train and work with our training specialist. Once 90 days are up, Panel Town management will assess his / her progress and job stature.
- We are seeking an individual who is fluent in Spanish
- Work with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to determine flooring solutions that meet customers needs
- Communicate with product vendors / manufacturers to determine product costs, availability, and lead times
- Generate and follow up with potential leads, prioritizing based on the strength of the lead
- Perform order-related duties on the computer with ERP software (to include writing quotes, refunds, orders, POs, etc.)
- Perform basic mathematical functions, unit conversions, and geometrical calculations
- Handle a variety of customer payment methods (cash, credit cards, checks, and accounts)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and personal area
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
- Ability to multi-task without sacrificing the quality of work and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer savvy and be familiar with operating a computer and ERP software
- Highly proficient in basic computer programs, such as MS Office & internet applications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of hard surface floor covering products and methods is preferable, but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities
