SALARY : Competitive base salary, plus up to $6,000 in monthly bonus.
SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday : 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma or GED; Bilingual English / Spanish
1) year previous sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

Purpose and Value to the Team :
Our Intake team provides a vital service to the firm as it is the initial introduction of our firm to our potential new clients via phone, email, and text. Each Intake team member has a significant impact on our Firm’s client satisfaction, client retention and overall success.
Bilingual Intake Specialist Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage the full Intake process from incoming call through signature of our Firm Representation Agreement, while providing great customer service. This process can contain each of the following :
Answer inbound calls from potential clients
