Service Contract Act (SCA) Position

Duties and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to management through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling information as it pertains to the Manager.

The Administrative Assistant organize and coordinate meetings, take notes, type and distribute as necessary.

Act as liaison between the Manager and other departmental or center staff.

Assists the Director with preparations and arrangements for special events.

Qualifications :

High School graduate or equivalent.

At least three years of practical experience.

Typing at least 45 wpm.

Prefer two-year business college degree.

Valid driver’s license in state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
