A Benefits Specialist job in Madison, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and experience with benefit administration. This role also requires being bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, you will administer company benefit plans and programs, coordinate benefit processing and reporting, serve as the primary contact for plan vendors, and facilitate open enrollment. This position will also lead wellness initiatives, be a resource to employees for benefits related questions, and support other human resources areas as needed. This is a fully onsite role with very limited travel to the out of state locations as needed.
Benefits Specialist job responsibilities include :
- Administer company benefits plans and programs.
- Coordinate benefit processing and reporting.
- Serve a primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Facilitate open enrollment for all locations.
- Coordinate and lead wellness initiatives.
- Assist with other areas of human resources as needed
- Act as a resource for all benefits related questions and concerns.
