Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media and Billing Analyst to join our Integrated Marketing team within the 3M Safety and Industrial Business Group Global Marketing Center. This hybrid role combines financial management and paid digital media planning responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Billing and Finance :

• Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
• Reconcile budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular budget reports
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and accounting teams to manage and streamline billing operations for the Integrated Marketing team
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors and marketing team members regarding billing and payment issues
• Utilize financial management software and tools to manage billing processes and ensure data accuracy
• Provide training and support to Global Marketing Center team members on billing and financial processes

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
