As an Associate Billing Solutions Analyst , you'll serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT organization and / or vendors to provide technical solutions to meet business needs and company objectives. In this role you'll assist in analyzing and translating needs into detailed specifications to deliver solutions.

WHAT OUR ASSOCIATE BILLING SOLUTION ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

• Assisting in analyzing business partner's operations to understand opportunities for improvement
• Translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications to deliver solutions for all technology platforms
• Managing changes to specifications
• Conducting feasibility studies and analysis to determine the most viable technical solution to business problems and requests
• Gaining an understanding of business processes, functions, and procedures to assist with determining the most effective technology solution
• Performing queries on relevant databases and interpreting and analyzing data to support solutions
• Collaborating with management in systems development and design

On a typical day you'll establish, and document specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost effectiveness. You'll present recommended approaches to business stakeholders to gain agreement on technology solutions. If you work independently and are comfortable presenting to various audiences, this role may be for you.
