Qualifications

Responsibilities

Strong attention to detail

Review and verify all paperwork / deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately

Process paperwork in a timely manner

Reconcile schedules

Ability to post journal entries

Post new, used, and wholesale deals to accounting books

Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions

Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required

Knowledge of Excel

General Accounting knowledge

Automotive title & tag experience preferred

Automotive accounting or Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferred

Qualifications

Must have at least one (1) year of recent automotive office experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills, including word and excel Reynolds and Reynolds DMS helpful
