We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is pivotal in the industry, where you'll be supporting both internal and external customers, ensuring invoices for maintenance, hardware quotes, and billable service tickets are generated and billed promptly.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the preparation of customer invoices related to maintenance and hardware quotes.
• Performing rigorous audits on invoicing activities to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
• Making appropriate adjustments in invoices when necessary.
• Assisting in month-end close activities to ensure all billing aspects are accounted for.
• Handling high-volume invoicing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Entering vendor invoices and coding them as per the company guidelines.
• Monitoring and maintaining accounts receivable records to track all billing activities.
• Acting as a point of contact for all customer inquiries related to billing.
• Ensuring all approved invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with auditing procedures
• Familiarity with a range of billing functions
• Expertise in Excel
• Ability to code invoices accurately
• Experience with approving invoices
• Proficiency in managing customer invoices
• Experience in entering vendor invoices
• Ability to handle high-volume invoicing
• Experience with month-end close activities
