Job descriptionActively participate in processing data to deliver accurate invoices to customers from the company database. Foster teamwork within the billing team and interdependent departments within the company. Ensure that the multiple billing deadlines are consistently met as a team. Ability to multitask and handle multiple problems at the same time. Communicate effectively with both US and Japan teams and vendors. High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience in : Accounting or Billing. 2 years of previous experience in billing management or accounting experience. Bilingual in English and Japanese; read, write, and speak required. Very high level of attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work odd hours when needed to support our team in Japan. Schedule flexibility. Proven accuracy in the preparation of billing / financial documents and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel; including the use of functions.
Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist position is responsible for understanding the Companys business procedures, processes, and policies as these relate to the billing function. The Billing Specialist must process audit data for billing accuracy while adhering to strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese are necessary to provide exceptional customer service to all billing department customers, internal and external. To succeed in this position requires the ability to identify discrepancies, and inconsistencies and resolve issues timely with the application of technical knowledge.
