We are on the lookout for a proficient Medical Billing Specialist to be a part of our team based in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Medical Billing Specialist, your primary duty will be to manage customer accounts, process medical billing and coding, and resolve customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records using various accounting software systems.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately process and manage medical billing and coding.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems.
• Maintain and update customer credit records in a computerized billing system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions.
• Work with EHR SYSTEM for efficient record keeping.
• Perform various accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy.
• Respond to and manage answering inbound calls from customers.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary.
• Capability to handle Computerized Billing effectively.
• Must have experience in using EHR SYSTEM.
• Must be able to perform Accounting Functions accurately.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Must be comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls.
